We offer representation in the police station 24 hours a day, and advice and representation in the Magistrates Court and Crown Court. We take instructions from both legally aided and privately paying clients.
If you have been convicted of a criminal offence and need advice in relation to an appeal, we accept instructions on a private basis, as we do in relation to Confiscation and Proceeds of Crime Act Matters.
Duncan Frost

Duncan Frost has been a partner with Foxes since its inception in 2010. He is a specialist in criminal defence and has worked in the field of criminal law for over 20 years. Duncan is a highly experienced advocate and regularly represents clients in the Magistrates Court and at the Police Station. Duncan has a wealth of experience in all aspects of criminal law, ranging from minor driving offences to murder and multi-million-pound drug importations. He is known for his close attention to detail when preparing cases for trial and has been involved in numerous high-profile cases. He has successfully defended a number of clients charged with murder and other very serious offences.
Colin Monehen
Senior Solicitor
Colin Monehen is a solicitor with a wealth of experience at dealing with crime at all levels, he specialises in dealing with large scale conspiracies both in relation to the supply of drugs and firearms as well as large scale fraud cases.
He qualified as a Solicitor in 2001 and worked in crime at Goldkorns Solicitors until 2010 when Foxes Solicitors was established.

Lisa French has been involved in criminal defence since the 1970’s. She has a wealth of experience dealing with high level crime throughout her career and has been involved in a number of the most high profile cases during that period.
